Sara is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory. Graduated in Economics by Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto and Post-graduated in People Management by Porto Business School. Sara began her career in Deloitte Tax (VAT Division) in 2007, being invited to join the M&A Transaction Services’ team in 2008. Sara has extensive experience in financial due diligence, vendor due diligence and independent business reviews for corporate clients and Private Equity firms.
