Pratik Ashok is a professional with experience in derivatives trade clearing, risk management, and process automation, with expertise in multiple derivatives clearing exchanges. Currently, Pratik serves as Manager of Global Listed Derivatives Clearing Operations at BMO Capital Markets in Toronto, Canada. His previous professional roles includes serving as Analyst of derivates, derivatives collateral operations and alternative investments in the US. Master's degree in Finance from FEP.

Bruno Fonseca (Lisbon, 1983), graduated in Economics from ISCTE - University Institute of Lisbon (2006); Senior Client Manager at the Pension Funds Directorate of Real Vida Seguros, S.A. (since 2017), performing various financial and management functions, technical and commercial, at the level of managed Pension Funds; 18 years of experience in the development, implementation, and monitoring of retirement plans for companies and individuals. Juliet Schor is an Economist and Professor of Sociology at Boston College. A graduate of Wesleyan University, Juliet Schor received her Ph.D. in economics at the University of Massachusetts. Before joining Boston College, she taught at Harvard University for 17 years in the Department of Economics and later, the Committee on Degrees in Women’s Studies. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including, in 2022, election as a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. A frequent contributor to public discourse and media, Schor’s Ted talk on “the case for the four day week” has more than 2.5 million view Juliet Schor is the lead researcher for on 4DWG trials for companies instituting four day weeks with five days’ pay. She has been researching worktime since the 1980s and is the author of the national best-seller The Overworked American: the unexpected decline of leisure. In 2020 she published After the Gig: how the sharing economy got hijacked and how to win it back, which covered nearly a decade of research on the platform economy. Clara Dithmer, Associate Partner dedicated to transfer pricing taxation, is currently coordinating the transfer pricing tax practice at Deloitte's Porto office. She began her professional career in 2000 as a member of Andersen's professional staff in the Tax Consultancy Division. Her professional experience stems from participating in, coordinating and leading consultancy projects on transfer pricing tax matters for large companies, both domestic and based abroad, and groups operating in various sectors and countries.

He began his career in Deloitte's tax consultancy department in 2005 and is currently Senior Manager of Deloitte's Products, Services, Utilities and Resources (PSUR) service line in the Porto office. Her professional experience has centred on strategic and recurring tax consultancy, participation in special due diligence operations and tax audits, as well as corporate restructuring operations. He is responsible for a vast number of clients in different areas of activity - industrial, real estate, health and telecommunications - and both nationally and internationally.
