Filipe is a full member of the Board of Directors of the European Investment Bank (EIB) and also of IFD – Instituição Financeira de Desenvolvimento (Portugal’s national promotional bank) since 2018. He has been working in investment and long term finance since the beginning of his professional career in 1980 in the international public and private sectors in Luxembourg and in Portugal. Filipe holds a degree in Economics from the Lisbon School of Economics and Management, University of Lisbon.
