GreenEarth Agro (Founder and CEO)

Rushank Bardolia is an economist and former financial services expert who transitioned from the Luxembourg fund industry to sustainable agriculture. After 15 years in banking and compliance, he founded GreenEarth Agro, a social enterprise based in Ghana, focused on regenerative farming and sustainable agribusiness. His work integrates impact finance, carbon sequestration, and agro-processing to create resilient agricultural supply chains while ensuring economic development for smallholder farmers. Rushank is also exploring innovative financing models, such as RWA tokenization, to bridge the funding gap for climate-smart agriculture. He has participated in global forums, including COP and the World Economic Forum, advocating for sustainable investment in agriculture
