Paulo Alexandre Ferreira is currently Head of the Internal Market and Industrial Policy Unit at the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the EU. He is an economist of the Portuguese Central Bank, former Deputy Minister and Secretary of State for Economy and former adviser to the Portuguese Government on economic and public finance matters. He holds a master’s and a graduate’s degree in Economics from FEP – Universidade do Porto.
