Ana Rita Antunes is an environmental engineer from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, with a master's degree in energy efficiency from the same university, she is a founding member and currently Executive Coordinator at Coopérnico - the first renewable energy cooperative in Portugal - and a member of the General Council of the environmental association "ZERO - Associação Sistema Terrestre Sustentável", an environmental non-governmental organisation with national activity.
